CARE Mission - Career Assistance and Resources for Employment

Once you've registered at CARE Mission you can access our many services onsite and, if you ever need any help, we have knowledgable Employment Advisors on hand to assist you.

CARE provides a multi-media Resource Room onsite that has all the essential resources you need for your job search:

Fax machine, photocopier, local and long-distance telephone
Community resource wall with information on local services and resources
Extensive Job Board with current postings covering the Fraser Valley by industry
Client message service
Database of Fraser Valley employers
Daily “Who’s Hiring Now” list
Career Library with current employment-related books, newspapers, school catalogues reference materials, business directories, and LMI
Internet access computers
Mavis Beacon software for typing

CARE also has a computer lab onsite for computer-based job search instruction, and a workshop room.

CLIENT FEEDBACK ALWAYS WELCOME
Through Quality of Service questionnaires, workshop evaluation forms, online feedback forms, and service surveys, we invite client feedback continually. Clients are also welcome to speak with CARE management confidentially at any time. We believe that clients must have a voice in the service they receive and we adapt our services as needed to accommodate changing client needs.
